The villa
This comfortable villa is located in the Istrian seaside town of Fazana and is only a short walk away from the nearest beach. The villa would appeal to guests looking to stay in a picturesque location whilst being within walking distance of restaurants serving excellent seafood along with a smattering of bars, cafes and delicious ice cream parlours. From the villa’s upper terraces, guests can enjoy sea views and views across to Brijuni islands.
This villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living room and a double bedroom with en suite shower room. On this level there is direct access via patio doors to the decked terrace and pool, outdoor lounge, covered outdoor dining and summer kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and sea view balconies as well as a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a sea view balcony. On the second (top) floor there is a lounge and gym.
Car hire is recommended while staying at this villa. The town of Fazana is the gateway to the Brijuni islands , well worth a visit as a day trip to experience some unique sights including an interesting safari park. Other areas of interest nearby include the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre , the Kamenjak National Park in Premantura as well as other parts of Istria/Kvarner region all manageable as easy day trips from the villa.
