The four bedroom villa is set in the traditional Croatian village Nova Vas and is an ideal base from which guests can explore the green Istrian countryside as well as Western Slovenia.

The villa is approached via a gravel lane to fenced, gated grounds. From the parking area, guests enter the villa to the open-plan living-kitchen-dining room furnished in traditional country style. A WC lies off the dining area. The first floor (eaves) has a second living area, two shower rooms and four double bedrooms. Car hire is recommended. Nova Vas is a tiny village with a mini market and a konoba (traditional Croatian restaurant) within walking distance of the villa. Nearby, Novigrad and Umag are pretty coastal towns both within easy reach by car. Guests can also explore Western Slovenia, with the border just a short drive away.
