The location for this modern-style villa with pool is ideal for guests looking to explore the Istrian countryside and offers easy access to the ancient town of Labin and seaside resort of Rabac. The villa would suit groups of friends or families looking for a peaceful villa holiday set within a rich green landscape.

The villa is approached via a country road with parking located to the rear of the property. Guests enter via the front of the property, where there is an outdoor terrace and pool along with a covered dining area. The main door is located to one side and opens into a lounge/dining room with patio doors leading back out into the pool area. A separate kitchen also offers patio doors that open out onto the pool area. To the rear of the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. The first floor features two double bedrooms (one of which features a sofa bed) en-suite with shower rooms, a further double bedroom and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms all have access to a shared balcony with table and chairs offering countryside and pool views.

Car hire is recommended when staying in the Istrian countryside and exploring towns further afield. The pretty coastal town of Opatija is located just over an hour’s scenic drive away; steeped in Austro Hungarian architecture and offering a long coastal promenade with views of the town and adjacent islands, this town makes for a great day out. Ravni is a great alternative, located under a thirty-minute drive away, offering some beautiful beaches and turquoise blue seas.
