There is a covered terrace and an outdoor dining table directly in front of the kitchen/lounge/dining area, which guests can access via the patio doors. There is also a twin bedroom with a separate shower room on this floor. The first floor features two double bedrooms en-suite with shower rooms (one of which features a sofa bed), a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. All three bedrooms can enjoy views of the Istrian countryside and the pool from the shared balcony with table and chairs.

Car hire is recommended when exploring the numerous Istrian towns.
