The villa
This luxury 4 bedroom villa is a short drive from the popular seaside town of Opatija and would suit groups of friends and families looking to holiday together and enjoy the luxury amenities that the property has to offer; a salt water pool, a mini golf course exclusive to guests, a Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi.
The villa is spread over 4 floors and offers guests a spacious outdoor area. On the ground floor guests can find the games room with a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi and kitchen area, the pool area can be accessed from here via patio doors. There are exterior steps that lead up to the first floor where there is a terrace offering sea views. The patio doors from the terrace lead to the lounge/dining/kitchen area. On the remaining floors guests can find the 4 double en-suite bedrooms with shower rooms and balconies. There is a further rooftop terrace offering panoramic views.
Car hire is recommended when staying the Opatija Riviera region. Opatija located under a 20-minute drive from the villa and offers guests an array of shops and restaurants. The lively port city of Rijeka is just a 30-minute drive away, where guests can find further bars, shops and restaurants.
