The villa
This spacious 5 bedroom villa near the town of Kanfanar in Istria has an inviting pool and BBQ area that is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The villa is suitable for families or a ground of friends and in particular children due to its enclosed garden.
The villa is made up of 2 floors. The main entrance is accessed via the ground floor where there is a double bedroom and shower room, an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area as well as a wellness area which includes a sauna and jacuzzi. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, plus 2 double bedrooms which share a shower room. The villa's enclosed garden is accessible via the ground floor and has a swimming pool with sundeck, a children's playground and covered terrace with barbecue.
Car hire is recommended as areas of interest within the region include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. Also recommended are the Brijuni islands , the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice .
