The villa
Located within a short drive of Split and within walking distance to the beach, this modern 4-bedroom villa has a heated pool with several terraces, billiards table, gym and children’s playground. This villa is ideal for larger groups and families seeking a tranquil escape within easy reach of the amenities the area has to offer.
On the ground floor, there is a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a billiards table and access to the pool, large terrace and garden. There are two bedrooms on this floor – one triple bedroom and one double bedroom - each with an en suite shower room. There is also a separate WC/utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, there is a second open plan lounge and kitchen area. There are also two double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room and balcony. On the lower ground floor, guests can enjoy the gym area and there is also a separate WC on this level. Outside guests can enjoy the stunning views whilst lounging by the heated pool on one of the sunloungers. There is also a dining area, outdoor table tennis, a fireplace and outdoor shower.
Car hire is recommended at this villa, but not required every day as the nearest bus stop is within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is minutes away on foot, and shops and restaurants are within a few minutes' drive. Split city is just 15km away - spend an afternoon exploring the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, or take a day trip from here to Brač Island .
