This luxury 4-bedroom villa on Ciovo Island has a beautiful infinity pool with sea views and is just 30 metres from the nearest beach. The seaside location, within walking distance of restaurants, and the additional amenities including gym, sauna and jacuzzi, make this villa ideal for those guests looking for a luxury holiday close to Trogir, Split and the surrounding areas.
The villa is set on a small side road leading to a beach just 30 metres away. There are 3 floors. On the ground floor is a comfortably furnished living area with fireplace and double sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining area and well-equipped kitchen. From the living area guests have access to a spa area, with Jacuzzi bath, gym and sauna. The first floor has two double bedrooms, each have sea views and ensuite shower room. One bedroom benefits from access to sea view terrace. The second floor also has two double bedrooms, each with sea views and ensuite shower room. One bedroom benefits from access to sea view terrace.
In the grounds of the villa guests have a children's play area, terrace furnished with sun loungers and a dining terrace with summer kitchen, table and chairs. The dining terrace leads to an infinity pool with sea views.
