The villa is approached along a tree lined boulevard into a rear driveway. Guests enter up a flight of stairs into a spacious entrance hall with separate guest cloakroom/WC. On this floor there is a study room, a sea facing lounge interconnecting with a dining room where French doors open onto the pool and garden facing balcony. From the dining room a short corridor leads to the kitchen with island workspace. The first floor features a master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom and doors leading out to a sea view balcony, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors leading out onto the sea view balcony, 2 further double bedrooms, one of which features a balcony with street view, a shower room and a winter garden. The lower ground floor contains a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors leading out onto the pool and garden, a shower room, a utility room and sauna.

The villas’ main attraction is the wonderful lawned lush palm garden and elegant pool area where a contemporary shaded outdoor dining suite is also located. Towards the end of the garden guests can access the beach below whilst at the end of the bay there is a water polo arena where occasionally matches take place.

Additional Services available at the villa include catering from the nearby local restaurant Zrno Solo. A private chef/cook can also be organised (minimum 2 months’ notice). Boat hire can be arranged and is on request.
