Luxury Beachfront Villa with Heated Infinity Pool near Trogir, Sleeps 8

The villa is presented over 4 stories. Guests approach the villa along country lanes into the upper part of the villa where parking is located. A door next to the parking bay takes guests down a flight of stairs into the strking main lounge with open plan dining and kitchen and patio doors leading out onto a magnificent sea view balcony with dining table and chairs. There is also a guest toilet on this level. A further flight of stairs down from the lounge leads to the bedroom level which consists of 3 x double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and doors opening out onto a sea view terrace and a 4 th double bedroom with roll top bath with glass separation and doors opening out onto a rear-view terrace. There is also a gym with infra-red sauna. On this outside terrace there are BBQ facilities. The final flight of stairs down takes guests to the stunning heated infinity pool with hydromassage. The sundeck surrounding the pool features sunbeds and a shaded outdoor coffee table and chairs set. A gate from this level offers guests access to the beach below.

*For first time visitors the steep approach needs to be driven down slowly to get used to it, after a few runs guests adapt to this quickly.

Car hire is recommended as the villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the region. Highlights include the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the historic cities of Split and Zadar are all located within 30 – 60 minutes drive of the villa.
