The villa is approached via a half staircase from the parking area up to the raised ground floor where the pool is located. Guests enter into a hallway which features a studio-style apartment with a kitchen and sofa bed for 2 persons and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace which is surrounded by a garden. On this floor, there is also a Finnish sauna and shower. The terrace is where guests will spend most of their time relaxing by the pool on one of the 8 sun loungers or enjoying a swim There is also a BBQ and comfortable seating where guests can admire the view of the Adriatic Sea.

The 1 st floor features 1x double bedroom with standard double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 x double bedroom with ¾ double bed and en-suite shower room, and 1 x double bedroom with ¾ double bed. All 3 bedrooms open out onto a connecting balcony offering sea views

The 2 nd (top) floor consists of an open plan kitchen /diner/lounge with patio doors opening out onto a spacious stunning sea-facing terrace with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. There is also a study room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and an en-suite shower room on this level.
