The villa is arranged over 4 floors inlcuding a basement with a wine cellar and games room.

On the ground floor there is a lounge and kitchen with access to the swimming pool, terrace, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and sun loungers. On the first floor there is a secondary lounge with a kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second foor, there are three double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms each share access to a terrace and shower room. On the thrid floor, there is a double bedroom with a balcony, shower room and sauna. Partial sea view is available from some of the terraces.

Car hire is not essential due to the villa's excellent location. Split has much to offer in the way of sightseeing, bars and restaurants and summer festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore which make for ideal day trips. Other areas worth visiting and located within easy driving distance include the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the Makarska Riviera with its fine beaches as well as the Roman City of Salona to name but a few.
