The third apartment is on the first floor and is reached via outdoor steps. It consists of an open plan kitchen / lounge that opens onto a balcony, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms. Outside there is a pool and a sheltered terrace with space for alfresco dining and a BBQ.

Car hire is recommended for exploring the area. The villa is a 15-minute walk to a lovely beach where guests can go swimming or relax at the beach bar. There are also shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the property. The town of Okrug Gornji is nearby, where The Mavarcica beach has a Tiki bar and viewing area for water polo. Activities in the area include scuba diving with the potential of seeing sea horses and other sea creatures. Trogir Old Town is only a 20-minute drive away, and is worth exploring its historic architecture, winding streets and many lovely bars and restaurants.
