The villa consists of three floors which are accessed via external staircases. On the ground floor there is a lounge, a bathroom, a bar and a sauna. On the first floor there are two open-plan kitchen/lounges, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor consists of another open plan kitchen/lounge, a double bedroom with a balcony, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Outside there is a pool, next to which is a large covered terrace with sun loungers, a swing chair to relax in and a BBQ. Wooden steps lead from the pool area to the ground floor of the villa, where there is another covered terrace with space for alfresco dining. There is also a child’s swing set, a trampoline and an outdoor sofa area. The property offers complimentary parking.

This colorful and comfortable villa is located by Skradin’s stunning riverside. There are many bike hire companies, from which the beautiful waterfalls of Krka National Park are pleasant cycle ride through the stunning countryside. They can also be reached via a brief boat trip along the river that runs through the canyon. Skradin has many lovely restaurants, bars and cafes where guests can enjoy the local cuisines, as well as charming shops to peruse.
