Guests enter the villa into the ground floor which features a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with single sofa bed and doors opening onto a terrace. There are also 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a guest toilet. The first floor (eaves) contains 2 x double bedrooms each with an additional double bed and en-suite shower rooms, a living room with kitchenette and doors to an outside sea view terrace. The basement features a traditional Croatian Konoba style room with indoor grill. There is also a sauna on this level. Outside guests can enjoy a split-level sea view terrace with outdoor heated pool, a sundeck with shade zone and a sunken lounge.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The nearby village of Jesenice offers groceries and banking facilities. The Villa is a perfect location for nature lovers as it is situated near the magnificent mountains of Velebi.
