Stairs to the first floor (separate from the mezzanine level) lead to two twin bedrooms (eaves), one with en-suite shower room. A family bathroom with bath is also located on the ground floor.

Outside is a tiered, landscaped garden with split-level terraces. Guests can relax under a canopied outdoor dining area, enjoy countryside views from the pergola or sunbathe in the expansive gardens by the picturesque pool. The discreet owner lives in a separate outbuilding 70m from the property, with separate entrance. The villa is approached up a 500m long dirt track.
