The villa consists of 3 apartments and a communal area for all guests, all accessed from the exterior. There is one apartment on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. The exterior of the property offers a covered terrace, with table and chairs. On the ground floor there is the communal area with access to the exterior; consisting of a dining room, living room, kitchen and a shower room. The apartment on the ground floor offers a living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom and a separate shower room. The exterior stairs lead up to the remaining 2 apartments. In the first apartment there is an additional kitchenette/lounge area, a double and a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. In the second apartment there is a kitchenette/lounge area, a double and a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Both twin rooms can be made into double rooms – on request. The villa also offers guests a large pool with panoramic countryside views, located 30 metres away from the property. The owners of the villa live nearby; however the guests have exclusive use of the pool.

Otherwise, Cortona a popular Italian hilltop town offers further shops, bars and restaurants and culture. Perugia the capital of the Umbria region is definitely worth a visit and can be reached within an hour. Known for its cobbled alleys and arched stairways, this city is a real treat. Keep an eye out for the world famous Umbria Jazz festiva l in Perugia; usually held in July.
