This charming 5 bedroom villa with pool and spacious garden is situated on a 7-hectare estate surrounded by beautiful vineyards in the hills of Arezzo, Tuscany. It is suitable for families, couples or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy panoramic countryside views in a quiet, tranquil environment.
This property consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 1 twin bedroom (that can be turned into a double bedroom) and a separate shower room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all of which have an en-suite shower room. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, pool area and covered terrace with an outside dining area.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. This villa is located near to the village of Subbiano which has an array of old mills, castles, churches, restaurants, shops and cafes. The villa is also close to the city of Arezzo, which has a rich history and is a popular destination for tourists who want to experience authentic mainland Italy.
