The villa
This elegant 8 bedroom villa with pool offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of Tuscany. Due to this villas sizeable capacity and communal space, it is suitable for large families, groups of friends and holding events which may involve many guests such as weddings, yoga retreats or team bonding getaways.
This property is made up of a main villa, and two annex’s.
The main villa consists of three floors and sleeps 14-18 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a large dining table within the kitchen and a separate shower room. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double sofa bed and the other with an extra single bed and en-suite shower room on the ground floor level, only accessible via the properties exterior. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms as well as a lounge area with a kitchenette. There is also a double bedroom with extra single bed and en-suite shower room as well as a lounge area witch kitchenette on the first floor, only accessible via the properties exterior. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with extra single bed with en-suite shower room, as well as a lounge area with kitchenette. A few steps up from the second floor there is a double bedroom with extra single bed.
One of the annex’s is located next to the main villa and is suitable for an additional 2 guests and has only one floor consisting of 1 double bedroom, a lounge area, a kitchen and a separate shower room.
