This simple yet elegant seafront villa offers direct access to the crystal clear sea and distant mountain views. It is ideal for families, or as a romantic getaway for couples travelling together but who also want to maintain a good degree of privacy.
The property spans two floors and consists of two self-contained apartments with shared outdoors. Each floor is comprised of one king-size double bedroom, separate shower room and open plan living-kitchen-dining area with double sofa-bed. The bedroom and living room of the top floor apartment feature sea-facing balconies and the lower floor bedroom and living room feature glass doors leading out to the terrace area.
Car hire is recommended. Areas of interest include the beautiful Porto Montenegro marina which has a large number of different restaurants, shops and bars to explore. Just a few minutes' drive away, the natural beauty and rich culture of Kotor makes it an increasingly popular destination.
