The ground floor terrace is accessed from the living room area. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the first floor and down to the lower ground floor.

A large bedroom can be found on the lower ground floor, with two double beds in one twin-style room with en-suite shower room, plus a small separate living area. This bedroom leads out onto the spacious lower ground floor terrace, with sun loungers, summer kitchen and sheltered outdoor dining area. 3 steps lead down to the pebble beach directly in front of the villa.

The first floor comprises one double bedroom with Juliet balcony, and a separate shower room. The parking area is accessed from the first floor, to the rear of the villa.
