The villa
Located near the centre of Costa Teguise and within walking distance of several beaches, this 4-bedroom villa has a private south facing pool, large terrace, balcony and is ideal for groups and families. Guests will enjoy the large selection of restaurants and bars located in nearby Pueblo Marinero square and the shopping at the Friday night market. The villa is ideally suited for those wishing to have a relaxing holiday in close proximity to the resort.
The villa is comprised of a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with doors leading directly to the pool area. There are two bedrooms on this level: a twin bedroom and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also a shared family bathroom. On the first floor, there are two additional double bedrooms each with access to a shared balcony. There is also a shared shower room on this level for guests to use. Outside, the pool and large terrace are located at the front of the property as it is south facing and benefits from sunlight all day long.
Car hire is recommended. Guests may wish to explore the island and visit one or more of the many other resorts, beaches or sites that Lanzarote has to offer. For golf enthusiasts, Teguise Golf Resort is closeby. Families will enjoy a visit to the Lanzarote Aquarium or can spend a day of fun at Aqua Park . For nature lovers, a 30 minute drive to Timanfaya National Park is a must see attraction.
