The villa
This 1 bedroom villa is located within a short walk of the popular inland town of Pollensa and would suit a couple looking to be near to cafés, bars, shops and restaurants.
The villa is made up of one floor, a garden, a terrace area and a pool with Roman steps. The interior of the property consists of a lounge/kitchen area, both of which guests can access from the outside terrace area. There is also a double en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The lively tourist resort of Port Pollensa is located under a 10-minute drive away and offers guests further shops, bars, restaurants, a marina and a beach stretching 1.5km in length. The traditional little fishing village of Cala Sant Vicenç can be reached within a 10-minute drive and is one of the least touristy areas in Mallorca. With its 3 sandy beaches right on its doorstep, this town makes for a great day trip.
