Located within walking distance of the popular seaside resort town of Port de Pollença, this villa will tick all the boxes for couples or a family looking to be close to the local amenities.
This property is set over one floor and consists of a covered terrace and a pool area that is partly enclosed by an ornamented wall. Guests can enter the villa via the front entrance or the patio doors by the terrace, which lead into the kitchen/lounge area. There is also 1 double and 1 twin bedroom which both share a bathroom.
As the property is centrally located in Port de Pollença, there is no reason for guests to hire a car unless looking to explore the surrounding area. Cala Sant Vicenç located just a 10-minute drive away and built into the hillside; offers guests further beaches, bars, shops and restaurants.
