This 3 bedroom villa is located within walking distance of Port de Pollença; a popular seaside resort in northern Mallorca. This location is ideal for friends and families looking to be close to local amenities and beaches.
The villa is located at the foot of the Boquer Mountains and offers guests a garden and a terrace that overlooks a generously sized pool. The property itself is set over one floor and consists of a lounge/dining area and a separate kitchen, all of which guests can access from the outdoor terrace. There are also 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin rooms; all of which share the 2 bathrooms.
Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa to explore Mallorca’s surrounding areas and beaches, however it is not necessary. Port de Pollença located within walking distance offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants serving the Mediterranean cuisine. The ancient rural town of Pollença located inland, can be reached within a 10-minute drive and offers a further selection of shops and restaurants and a great square for people watching.
