The villa
Located right on the waterfront, this 4 bedroom villa ticks all the boxes for friends and families looking to be within a town and on the beach.
The property consists of 2 floors, an outdoor terrace area with sun loungers, table and chairs and a Jacuzzi. Guests can access the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area via the terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a double bedroom with walk-in shower within the bedroom, a twin room and a separate shower room. On the first floor there are 2 additional double bedrooms, offering sea views and a separate shower room
Car hire is recommended for guests to explore the surrounding areas and all the beaches that Mallorca has to offer, however it is not deemed necessary as the villa is located in a town called Can Picafort; which offers bars, restaurants and shops. The popular seaside resort of Port D’Alcudia is a 20-minute drive away and offers guests a wider selection of bars and restaurants. Pollença can be reached within a 30-minute drive and holds a popular market on Sundays, which is definitely worth a visit.
