The villa
Offering guests an extensive garden and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this 3 bedroom villa has it all! It would suit friends and families looking for a seaside villa holiday.
The villa comprises of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/kitchen and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Guests can access the garden and terrace area via patio doors leading from the lounge area. On the first floor there are the further 2 bedrooms; a double and twin that both share a bathroom. The double bedroom also has access to a balcony offering garden and distant, side sea views.
Car hire is recommended when holidaying in Mallorca. Port d’Alcudia is but a 14-minute drive away and offers guests a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants. Pollensa is extremely popular amongst tourists and yet still keeps its authenticity. It’s main town square offers plenty of restaurants and even offers a market every Sunday.
