This six bedroom villa is a perfect option for large families and groups. It is situated in Ortaalan; a residential area, which is just under a twenty minute walk from Kalkan old town.

This three-storey building has a spacious outdoor terrace with a generously sized pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a couple of parasols, along with a table tennis area. There is a seating area and also an outdoor dining table with chairs and BBQ, all of which are under a pergola. Perfect for those warm, summer evenings. Through the patio doors is where the open plan kitchen and lounge can be found; equipped with a kitchen table and several chairs angled around a television. Bedroom number one can be found on the ground floor; it is a en-suite double room and has access to the outdoor patio. On the first floor are bedrooms two, three and four, all of which are en-suite and have access to a balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room and the latter two are double rooms. Bedrooms five and six are on the top floor and share the same bathroom. The former is a twin room and the latter is a double room. They both have access to the rooftop terrace; offering panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

Car hire is recommended when staying in the Kalkan area. Day trips to visit the Lycian historical sites, Kas and the Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz are all a must. Kalkan old town and the beaches are within a four to twenty minute drive.
