The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with patio doors leading out to the stylish generous sized pool and BBQ area. From the hallway there is access to the guest toilet and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that also features patio doors opening onto the pool deck.

The floor consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. All the first floor bedrooms have access to a balcony offering distant sea views.

Car hire is recommended and areas of interest nearby include the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre, the Brijuni islands as well as other parts of Istria, all manageable as easy day trips from Liznjan. Take a picnic and explore the wonderful Cape Kamenjak National Park located in this southern tip, a coastal area complete with coves and crystal clear waters. A small entrance fee applies.
