The villa
This spacious 4 bedroom modern villa with heated pool is located in the coastal village of Liznjan which sits along Istria’s southern tip, popular for its beaches and resort style ambience. The area is a perennial favourite with families and groups of friends looking for the opportunity to holiday near the beach in this part of Croatia, as well as being near to a number of places of interest that this region has to offer.
This villa consists of 2 floors. The main entrance leads to the ground floor where there is an open plan kitchen / dining / living room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the large terrace, fully fenced garden and partially covered pool. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms each with en suite shower rooms and a connecting balcony.
Car hire is recommended and areas of interest nearby include the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre, the Brijuni islands as well as other parts of Istria, all manageable as easy day trips from Liznjan. Better yet ake a picnic and explore the wonderful Cape Kamenjak National Park located in this southern tip, a coastal area complete with coves and crystal clear waters.
