This charming 3-bedroom villa with pool and beautiful garden is situated in Pietrasanta, Tuscany. It is suitable for families, couples or a group of friends who want to relax and enjoy Tuscan countryside views in a quiet, tranquil environment close to the Versila coastline.
This property consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room and 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, one of which also provides air conditioning. On the lower ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining/lounge area, a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-shower room. There is also an additional room with 1 double bedroom. At the front and back of the property there are 2 separate covered terraces and in the surrounding area guests have access to a beautiful garden which has a pool area overlooking glorious countryside views.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. This villa is located near to the authentic Tuscan town of Pietrasanta, famous for its art galleries and marble sculptures. The villa is also close to Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi which offer an array of relaxing beaches, restaurants, night life and shopping facilities.
