From a separate parking area, guests approach the villa along a short path. The villa is separated into three self-contained areas. On approaching the grounds, guests find to the left a separate annexe, containing a double bedroom and a shower room, with views onto the terrace. To the right is the main property, entered via a short flight of steps to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room, with separate WC. Patio doors lead to the sea view terrace which spans the villa, and leads further to a covered pool with sea views.

The grounds lead out further to the edge of the hill, with steep steps (not suitable for children) leading down to the beach. From the top of the hill, secluded seating areas invite you to relax, taking in the breathtaking panoramic sea views as the sun sets. Please note: due to the location of the villa, there are some steep slopes and drops from the ends of the grounds.
