A pretty villa set in the hills of Rezevici overlooking the Montenegro coastline. This villa, with its infinity pool and wonderful sea views, is within easy reach of the nearest beaches and the old towns of Petrovac and Budva. This is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who are looking to be within walking distance of the nearest beach, yet in a peaceful location.
The villa is comprised of two apartments, connected via external stairs. Guests enter the property from the parking area to the fully enclosed grounds, with infinity pool and views over the hills. Each apartment comprises one double and one twin bedroom, an open-plan living-dining room with French doors to the terrace or balcony, partially separated kitchen, and separate shower room.
Car hire is recommended at this villa. The nearest beach is just a 400m walk downhill. The nearby old town of Budva is within driving distance, and Petrovac to the south is worth visiting.
