The villa is spread over three storeys. On the lower ground floor, there is covered parking, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and private terrace, gym and utility room. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan lounge with a kitchen and dining area with doors leading to the terrace, pool and a balcony located on the other side of the property. There is also a separate WC on this level. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, two single bedrooms and one double bedroom, each with its own en-suite shower room. The double bedroom also benefits from a private balcony.

Car hire is recommended. Petrovac is a pretty coastal town with a relaxing atmosphere and is just 15 minutes by car to the well-known resort of Sveti Stefan. Other places of interest include Budva, known for its vibrant nightlife, an abundance of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the Old Town as well as the pretty beaches around Milocer.
