The villa
Situated just five minutes’ drive from the old town of Pollensa this stylish, modern villa is the perfect place to relax away from the noise of the town centre while still having easy access to its shops and restaurants. Perfect for a family or a group of friends the villa is also only a short drive from the seaside restaurants and kitesurfing schools of Pollensa Bay.
The entrance is on the ground floor and leads into the open plan living and dining area. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and a separate shower room. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin room and a separate bathroom. There is a small balcony on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor all open onto a covered terrace. A second terrace is accessed from the living area, this is furnished for outdoor dining and looks onto the pool area.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. The shops and restaurants of Pollensa are just a few minutes away by car and the preserved medieval town of Alcudia is also a short drive away.
