This beautiful villa is on an elevated position and offers guests views of Port de Pollensa and the sea. Sleeping up to 8 persons, this property would suit friends and families looking to be within a short drive of the beach and the town.
The property consists of two floors, a generously sized pool and 2 covered terrace areas; all of which offer sea views. On the ground floor there are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and the other double an en-suite bathroom and the 2 twin rooms share a bathroom. The second floor comprises of a kitchen, with a dining area and 2 lounges and a toilet. The patio doors from the kitchen/dining area lead to a decently sized terrace area.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Both the lively resorts of Cala Sant Vicenc and Pollensa are within a 10-minute drive and offer a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests looking to play golf can reach the popular Golf Pollensa course within a 15-minute drive.
