The villa
This 4 bedroom villa is a perfect option for guests looking to be situated near to Pollença, but yet still within a short drive of the beaches. It would suit friends and families looking for a garden and a outdoor chill out area.
The villa is made up of 2 floors, a terrace and pool area. On one side of the property is a covered BBQ area with table and chairs and to the other side is an uncovered terrace area that leads to the garden. Guests enter the property on the ground floor to the dining hallway and there is also a bathroom in the hallway. On this same floor there is a lounge area and a separate kitchen; guests can access the outdoor patio area via doors from the kitchen. There is a staircase which leads form the dining hallway to the first floor, where guests can find a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom and an en-suite double bedroom.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Pollença which can be reached within a 7-minute drive, holds a market on Sundays and offers a beautiful square with tapas bars and cafes. Both Port de Pollença and Port D’Alcudia offer beaches and are just over a 20-minute drive from the villa.
