The villa
This 3-bedroom townhouse is in a prime location in the centre of the historical town of Alcudia and it would suit friends and families looking to within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Its 2 terraces are the perfect for those warm summer evenings.
The property consists of 2 floors. The guests enter on the ground floor into a lobby area that leads onto a living room. There is also a separate kitchen and shower room on this floor. From the living room the guests can access the covered terrace. On the second floor there are 2 twin bedrooms (one of which is made up to be a double) and one double bedroom. All of the bedrooms share a separate shower room. The rooftop terrace is a highlight of this property. All terraces offer views of the town.
Car hire is not recommended when staying in Alcudia as guests are in the centre of the town and it is easy to explore by foot. Beaches are all within a short drive and the popular family resort of Port d’Alcudia is just over a 5-minute drive away.
