Situated just outside Puerto Pollensa this bright, spacious villa is perfectly located for those who wish to have peace and quiet while still being within easy reach of the beach and the town. With an inviting balcony, a terrace for al fresco dining and a large garden including the private pool this villa is the ideal place to enjoy the Mallorcan sun.
The entrance is on the ground floor and leads to the open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is also on the ground floor. The first floor has one double bedroom, two twin rooms and two separate shower rooms. The double bedroom and one of the twin rooms have access to the balcony while downstairs the covered terrace is accessed from the living area and leads to the garden and the pool.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. The shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are a short drive away as is the beautiful medieval town of Alcudia.
